Fix your listing, dispute a score, or request removal

The Kuala Lumpur Pregnancy Care Center Guide pulls listing information from public business records and calculates scores from Google reviews using a single rulebook applied the same way to every center. Your listing costs nothing to include, and no payment can alter your score or ranking. This page explains how to request changes to your listing details, challenge a score you believe is wrong, or ask to be removed. The full rubric is published under scoring method.

Fixing factual details

Your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services list can all be corrected. Send the correct information along with proof: your official website, your Google Business Profile, or another source we can verify. Once we confirm the update, it stays in your listing through future data refreshes.

Disputing your score

Scores are never manually adjusted. If you believe your score is wrong, you are disputing the underlying data: the reviews themselves, which business profile we matched to your listing, or how the review summaries describe what people actually wrote. We re-examine the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number, it is a report that the inputs are incorrect.

Requesting removal

We remove listings that are permanently closed, duplicated, or outside the scope of this directory. Closed businesses are also caught and removed by our monthly re-verification cycle. Because listings are built from public business information, we may decline to remove a listing that is accurate and in scope, and we will say so plainly if that is our answer.

How long it takes

Every request gets a reply within 5 business days. Removals that we approve happen within 7 days. If we decline your request, we give you the reason.
